In my game i clearly have the option for a submarine named the Delta II. The submarine has the Red Star on the front of the conning tower and it also has the missile silos lined along the back.

i noticed that the Command Center compartment for the Yankee SSBN is missing.

Patience. There are 1 or 2 subs which have missing compartments etc...It will all be corrected. No need to worry.
