Crew managemnt ?

I finally found where it comes from thought I still do not know the author and that is a real shame!!
This is to do with "Not Your Grand Mother" mod....I have found the small sentence in the middle of the text which I had jumpesd....
and it say: I quote / The goal of the "Not you grandmothers crew management mod" is to maximize the efficient operation of the uboat compartments......../
Sorry for my clumsiness
If any one of you is familiar with the NYGM mod....may be I could get some info about the author....

I meant to ask some info about the author of the crew management Mod...who has not signed the readme!
Not info about the NYGM mod cause I have this and in fact did a search in that thread.
