Eurofighter is twin engine, the J-10 is a single. Reportedly the J-10 is based a lot on the defunct IAI Lavi jet.

the aircraft show was a photoshop of a proposed navalized J-10C variant for the PLAN Carrier.

The J-15 is a copy of the Su-27/33/J-11 and is not related to the J-10.

Similarity is there but if Chinese engineers where looking for certain aerodynamical solution i don't think they would make deferent looking jet just not to be copycats.
The same may apply to stealth technology.
Optimal solutions may look alike.
