Why would you want to close the outer-door before crash diving? It doesn't seem to make any actual difference in game? (I appreciate it makes a difference in real-life!)

Also a problem when accidentally struck while trying to hit the "W" key to close the outer door prior to crash diving to avoid convoy escorts....
