IIRC the 3GB patch is designed to allow older games to use a full 3 gigs of RAM when they are running, provided you have 3 gigs free and available.

If so, and you only have 3 gigs on your computer total, the game will not have access to all of it even if patched - some RAM has to be available just to have the OS up and running and any other necessary functions. I don't know how much that is, but if it's enough to negate the benefits of patching the game to use more than it currently can, then there would be no point in patching it.

I see, one of my fears. But by some crazy reason I decided to do a little test and began remove the heavy mods. I sucessefuly run the game by removing Ace's Multimod compatability fix release v1.3 public beta but inside the sub, lost the obs peri animation, shift+F2 camera was a little crazy (in the new interiors and even in one old one, inside the tower) and both hatchs were close but if I continuated forward, I would see the new interiors but got stuck and get the message "camera out of sectors"!

If the Multimod compatability fix includes things that are required to make some of your other mods compatible with each other, then removing it might mean they are no longer compatible and this could result in one or more of them not working correctly.

I'm not using it myself so I can't say for sure - there is a thread devoted to it so that might be the best place to look.

You might want to see if there is a "lighter" version of the compatability mod that will get all the affected mods to work together, without adding a whole lot of additional stuff.

AFAIK, Aces was the one who first started working on compatability fixes for New Interiors and some of the other mods that had small conflicts with each other. I don't know if there's something that will work for you without putting too much extra load on your system, but if you have not found something suitable, his threads would probably be the best place to look for info.
