I think you may have unearthed a cunning Fascist plot here. Well done. I certainly wouldn't promote that sailor.

Those damned infiltrated nazis are so ostentous with the shirts...Or I make the change of shirts and they make a jurament for the U.S. flag or those guys go direct to water! Also the lookouts in the upper bridge have the shirts...The only advantage is the japaneses believe my sub is an U-boot and go direct to my fishes...Is a new tactic of Adm. Lookwood I don´t know?
