Are these mods something we should all be using if we use TMO2.0 and RSRDC? In other words, are they mandatory for a fully accurate game?

No.., but I would suggest them, the first 4 are taters fixes. The TGT labeled ones are the Easy AOB mod, which makes the wheels on the TDC all spin as they would.
