Five years in prison is a joke if you ask me. In the worst case a forced marriage means two destroyed lives.

I agree! On what you say, they last lines in rights for animals as it is completed damn what happens. And it is an intolerable situation for humans and animals, including low penalties of lost lives and broken families as a result.
