where are the radio messages is there a mod out yet?

coud it be possible to make a mod for some radio messages?
would be sweet to have something more to do when patroling the seas.

also can it be made that the weather reports also reports air temperature and
water temperature and mayby water layers.

Already working on it. Short on time actually and i have to build an UI and implement the neccessary code in python. So i hope i can show something within the next weeks.
