Well, no. What I am refering to is cyber-terrorism and espionage. Since everything is online, one can hack into the Defense Department, intelligence services and even power infastructure, which could devistate a warring nation without even the release of physical ordnance. China has been very active in this regard.

Meh even tiny nation such as Singapore is very active on cyberwarfare and online spying but mostly against critics and dissidents so nobody is going to write that story on the newspaper.

China is perhaps the most aggressive because they tend to target bigger fish like organizations or foreign departments.

they have poor leadership. and the biggest organization of this sort is the China Honker Army (Chinese Commie Hackers)
I am actually worried about Japan. I mean, its official. you can be an internet warfare admiral in japan.

Umm really? Perhaps those pathetic hackers are not really Chinese govt employed hackers but more like individuals or non state related groups.
Read a short article of Chinese cyber warfare organization once they sure have a lot of people......working 24/7....

i was their "Live-in tactician"
They seem scary, but they are just an unorganized mob
and they relied on their forum for everything(and they are only good at taking down sites anyways)
They wanted to attack the JSDF on September 18. but "somebody" took down their forum and the attack failed.

The only reason they seem scary is that they are pretty good at attacking websites(and they did take down a few US government sites a few years back)

but they have no ambition. and they refuse to recognize the fact that the internet could be used for more than swearing and throwing insults. They do not understand how the internet could be used to attack economies, and to destroy infrastructure and to destrupt normal people's lives

anyways, they have been trying to "take me down" for some time now, and so far, nothing happened

They managed to get a tojan in to the Pentagon's computers last year by having some mole leave USB thumb drives laying about with copies on it.
