Conversely, if you somehow lose your files you have to log in and re-download it, and some people have complained of problems with that.

With my CD, which after five years is still in the box good-as-new, I just pop it in and poof.

Actually I use the newer Starforce-free disc, but the principle is the same. I still have discs for games I bought twenty years ago, all in perfect shape. And I move around a lot.

Actually, I still have my VIC-20 - and my wife still loves the cartridge with slot machines on it. And one of these days I'm gonna fire up the Commodore 128 and my first sub game ...... on floppy disk - TRUE floppy, not the hard-shell one they call by that nowadays!

How many times have I read here " I lost, forgot my User name or Password" .
