For modern warfare you need modern targets
Foto modern ships:
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/ru/...spx?level0=100
few thousend modern ships. Click in near any ship and you can see minimum 1 foto. Not good - is that tonnage not GRT, but Dwt. Dwt not statistic data. In any war statistic data is GRT. GRT for any ships can find in google frase for search: IMO (number). After it from many link find GRT in need ship.

I'm experiencing an odd problem and want to know if anyone else is experiencing it as well. When ever I use one of the modern boats, I can play one Single Mission but when I start another I get a CTD. It only happens with modern boats, stock fleet boats I have no problem.

Is it a problem with one of mine? I`ve recently discovered some serious errors and have made several changes. I can send you the most recent version of the entire mod to keep you updated. However, I do not have any trouble with both single missions and careers, the game will only show an error after ending it and returning to windows when i fired a missile or torpedo from one of the boats with more than 10 tubes due to the game engines. So far I've only seen this problem with Skipjack, Permit, Sturgeon, 688(i), and the Ohio. I haven't tried any of the Russian boats to see if it happens with them.

EDIT: Well I tried the Russian boats and couldn't get it to replicate. Tried Nautilus and couldn't get it to do it again with it. But the problem seems to be gone now after I disabled and re-enabled all activated mods. Seems to have been a small case of mod soup and that sorted it out. Back to work I go.

It's not my intention to be rude, but I am going to be honest. I listened to most of those sound clips and it sounds like somebody made them up based on what they thought it would sound like. I'd say it was a combination of a synthesizer and random sound clips.

agree with you. sample quality also sucks. sounds like 8-bit mp3...
but i think one of the engine startup sounds (a very low to very high noise) is pretty much close to the sound of a steam turbine. i think its the "submarine start motor". some of the nukesub interior ambience samples sound cool too.

Submarine start motor sounds nothing like a steam turbine, I would know. However it does sound like the chronosphere from C&C Red Alert. As for the "ambient" sounds from a nuc sub control room, it sounds more like the starship Enterprise bridge than a control room. I listened to some more of the sounds and some are just painfully obvious. I also liked the general spelling errors around the site.
