Arctic Start?

im preeeety sure that theres a mod out there that lets you start in Dutch Harbor and have "Arctic" missions as in just northern operations. Can someone point out said mod?

Or if there is none, anyone interested in taking up the challenge? or is it even possible...

Run Silent, Run Deep Campaign
(RSRDC)
allows you to pick dutch harbor as a starting base in the S-boats. I can't tell you when as I'm not near my gaming pc.

Yep, gotta stay in the S boat, then you basically get artic missions. You'll get a flash message all S boats transfer to probably dutch, but one of the bases. Seems I've seen it already and I'm in July of 42.
