Talking about FPS, let's not forget the MoH Frontline soundtrack (Michael Giacchino rules ). But you need to play the game to enjoy it as much as possible, really.

Oh...Knights of Arnhem...first time I heard that choir rising above the gunfire in the ruined streets of that Dutch town, well damn, a tear came to my eye I will admit it.

Oh, and mention must be made of the soundtrack to the Touhou games, there have been some classics to come out of them, and the fans have elevated those classics to new heights:

Bad Apple!!

OT: Yea, best game experience I have had so far:Vietcong, game modus team-coop, difficulty: Vietnam, and crawling through the bushes with some regular guys on the "meatgrinder" servers with headset on; restart for the whole team only when all players were eliminated.

Michael Giacchino has some great music

I forgot to mention Assassin's creed, both games have fantastic music.

EDIT: no wonder me and my friends are occasionally called hippies lol
EDIT2: jeez, it just dawns on me, we are pretty much hippies we listen to the right music, we're the right kind of persons, we smoke weed... I'd still call me a Metalhead though lol
EDIT3: maybe Metalheads are in fact a pretty linear descendant of Hippies. Metal descends from Psychedelic Rock, we've got many norms/values in common, we've got our hair dress in common (long hair)... I know we are somehow connected to Hippies, but maybe that connection is stronger than I first thought.. anyone care to elaborate?

The AI had this nice little quirk; they wouldn't throw grenades unless you did. I remember evey time someone on the team tossed a frag, it was reciprocated with VC grenade spam.

Still one of the best tactical games imho. Nice cover system.

Well, for starters give people so many drugs and alcohol that they are simply physically not able to wage war

yeah well the problem is that even our friends call us hippies (the friends that are hippies as well, basically everyone of us has got some hippie spirit deep inside but only acknowledges it on the others... therefore I would not call myself a hippie although occasionally I'm described as one
Ah well I guess us Metalheads are indeed the modern equivalent of hippies...)
