I searched back through past threads, and it seems to be linked to low end graphics cards that do not support pixel shader 1.1. These were old threads from 2006 so, I can't be sure that is what is happening now.

That could be it .I had that happen when i tried to run sh3 on a low end laptop.

I have also this problem on my laptop. I've Intel 950 as graphic card, with the newest drivers (2008).
There is a way i.e. modifing Cameras.dat or whatever .dat file in order to have binoculars back? Thanks for replies! |
