That would be quite fast here. I reckon such speed would cost you about 150 bucks here...which is INSANE....considering the average white collar pay here.

btw I win because I live in a third world LOL well officially it's developing country but our govt has been at work hard real hard to deindustrialize the whole country even faster. It's very difficult to fail here considering all the natural resources and the oceanic wealth so I must assume with all logic that it's the government doing to go there even faster. But I must trust my govt that they see the bigger picture in all this. Must be some tricky strategic planning.
