Reminds me of a couple of girls in the neighborhood I lived in during High School. They went around killing dogs (at least 2) with chloroform (I think).

They moved soon after.

The guy who was setting fire to cats and kittens in my neck of the woods is thinking about it for 15 years in prison. He prolly worries about his back side often.

Well you know i gotta say... i rarely shy away from the disturbing but as i love my dog more than i love a lot of people - i shall refrain from watching this one.
