Good effort
You have done what most of us have wanted to do. It will be read by most of us, and that isn't a bad thing. Ubisoft may not read it or care, but putting on the forum was a good idea.
Some of the Ubi people do visit the forum, although probably not the person you addressed it to. Come on folks, support a gallant effort. Don't shoot the messenger.
