The Third Man Stowaway Posts: n/a Downloads: Uploads:	Do the Dutch have a thing which restricts the government from restricting such cartoons ? I have never heard of it so the Dutch government is within its rights to restrict anything they like. If the Dutch want to change I would suggest http://topics.law.cornell.edu/constitution
