And here I thought I was the smart guy by putting the mouse over it to show all the details.
  So on my end they are coming with the .exe ending. The PDF is loading directly in my browser. When I save it to desktop it has the name 2FA3A9ADd01.pdf and has a size of 29.4 MB. (The name might be a thing that my browser or PDF reader does... I'm often getting PDFs with totally random names like that  )
