As has been said, the AOB is set from the targets point of view. red for port, green for starboard.
I would guess that the gauge with the thin needle would be the range, it's marked in hundred's of meters. so 3 is 300, 10 is 1000 etc. IIRC in ACM Reloaded, the top left dial is target speed, the top right is range, the bottom right is the angle from your ship to the target, which you don't touch, it's determined by the periscope. and lastly, the bottom left is AOB. |
