Naw Marines know to leave it on the tank because if they have to launch a counter attack with no warning they can grab a roll and go.

For an Army guy, you have a pretty good grasp of Marine psychology. I sleep with my boots on for the same reason.

I thought when they started sewing tourniquets in to the BDUs they gave everyone a basic med kit. But I guess they made the Navy guys keep them instead- Marines being unable to figure out grab tampon, insert in to bullet hole.
