I uploaded one up for you its one of my wip files but has what you want!
you would have to delete what you dont want from the speech folders they include "no javol* and no radio msg recieved just the morse code various others I dont remember... Click on the sig should be there...badger tweak its JGSME ready...just change the folder name to your taste.

You can also get all of that with the Das Boot Sound Mod. "Alarms", no "Jawhol", and all the rest. And it's JSGME-ready.
