I assume you mean the State of Washington. Joint Sino-Russkie naval ops on the Potomac would be strange...

Billion dollar/pound 21st century jet fighters escorting a thousand dollar bomber from the 1950's. If the Russians keep doing this they will run us in to bankruptcy just from keeping our fighters in the air.

If I were the leader of China, it would be fun to mess with obama. I'd call the next Chinese naval exersice, "We've come to collect our money" Then send the whole PLAN at San Fran.
