It is staged watch right at 1:16 you can see the frame jump just before the truck hits. Also... where did the bike go? Wouldent it be under the truck?

By the way how and what the girl talks, and her reaction, and a kind of feeling over the whole clip the "testing conditions" I think it is a joke scene in some TV comedy format. And the name, "Karl" - it just can't be.
