EDIT 2: No, wait, I see now that the English / International version has been a little bit edited when it comes to journalists / news reports. Obviously to have the English / US viewers get to see more familiar faces, so that a similar authentic effect materializes for them as for a German watching "his" daily news reporters.
It was still a scary as hell production considering all that was needed was a paranoid hardliner..
