Very true indeed. And while the EAS is more resilient to sections of stations going out that partially plagued EBS planning. It is not without accidents of its own.

What I don't understand about this news bit tho is how silly people somehow get nuclear attack from audio from a confused talk show host. And NOBODY has the ears to decode the SAME signal. And on top of that calling her realitives to take shelter? Does that not prove how silly people can get? Mass calling jams the lines preventing emergency services to use the lines.
