SH V need one year or more to stay at the same level of Sh 3 + GWX
Three examples: Aditional submarines Campaign after 1943 or distant grid patrols Aditional merchant ships or units and no mention about constan internet conection...  Poor Ia, Bugs..Sh3 and sh4 gives to the subsimmer the best overall perspective about the submarine war during WWII
