You're in church...turn the other cheek or is that turn the other ear? I have seen a few in my time who truly feel they can belt out the hymnals at church but in all reality sound like a dying cow in the hot sun. Makes for good conversation later on in the day. Eventually they stop or go away. Heck, we had one woman who would dance around the church during the singing. She would flutter about looking like a gypsy with a scarf. She was basically ignored. She did have a history of abuse so we left it at that. Just because she does not seem mental she might have something in the past generating this crappy signing or want for attention.

Maybe she is deaf or partially deaf? Some people can hear normal speech well but when they try to sing, their audible range is too narrow.

Ask yourself, what would this woman gain by intentionally singing in the wrong key/pitch???

I get the impression she might be lonely and it's a cry for attention. Maybe a conversation would do her more good than people staring at her, even if she provokes it.

Maybe she's practicing for American Idol auditions.

Is the woman partly deaf Might not realise shes singing loud, otherwise put her up front in the churches singing choir and let her sing her lungs out. See what the outcome would be.

The women is now back in the church with her out of tunes ending.

I'm beginning to be disgusted that no one is doing anything.

Partly deaf I hope she will if she's not.

Honestly I don't think that's the case she did this on purpose whatever the goal. The altar girl and boy, one of two of them would turn their head to find this woman whenever she starts her out of tune ending.

If it was up to me I would drag her out if she declined to remove herself from the mass to be questioned.

This .. frankly not knowing the entire situation it is hard to make any sort of judgement however it does sound like a passive aggressive plea for attention.

Because when you have a thread titled "What do you think of this woman?" people expect cheesecake.

I'd solve the problem by hanging out in a bar, instead, myself

Precisely.....she could also have a learning disability or any number of other reasons.

Why can't the vicar, pastor or whoever take her to one side before or after the next church assembly and try and ascertain the rationale for her behaviour?

Must be some awesome religion you got there. Drag her out to be questioned. Awesome.

Hell of an example to set for the kids in church too.

Yea if it was up to me. Like I said I consider this nothing short of religious harassment. Maybe doing that before the mass even started or after. It's not the women but what she's doing.

I must assume they can't care less?! Religious figure are not always
religious .

Oh the harassing lady

Weeks in week out she has come back to taunt the mass

Mass in mass out she smiles whenever she sings her out of tune mark

Songs in songs out she kept being heard in the end of every one, completely out.

I hope she someday be a hajj.

and find her God

because she's so out in Christ

so please sync or get out
