Yes there is a 1.3 and 1.4
install SH3 with GWX  I think that is a lot better game than sh4 except for the interiors and graphics. But nothing compared with gwX in gameplay. All submarines types, more ships, better campaign, realism...  It will take a lot of time to see if SHV can reach the same level of completion
