i also use RFB 2.0 from time to time.
1.if i remember right,just "mouse over" the torps in torpedo management screen (default="t" key) and you get the details according to type,including the arming distance. 2.are the contact's locked in periscope view when you're browsing the maps? i think that's what you mean.
