It's kind of hard to shoot somebody in the face if they are running away.

It has been known that people in a car can look backwards. Especially when someone is shooting at them. We just don't know what happened yet.

I think we need to let the police collect the evidence and the judicial system evaluate it before we, here, can make any opinions
