Yeah, I have realized this bug(I like to think I am just swinging over the rail
 ). I am pretty sure that it would take work on a GR2 file in order to add a barrier to walking there(I think its called a collision surface, not sure ). And, of course, the GR2 files are not supposed to be edited.
