May the occasion be warm and sunny, and may the bratwursts and beer-butt chickens be plentiful and tasty. May the beer flow freely, and may many a female part ways with her garments. Happy Fourth of Ju-Fifth!

Drive safe.

I'll wait until the fourth, when everyone else celebrates it. The declaration itself was an adaption of the Lee Resolution designed for public consumption, and as a member of the public, I will consume it, along with tasty barbecue and good alcohol and fireworks.

Of course, the Declaration was not fully signed until sometime in August of 1776, IIRC, and I will consume tasty barbecue and good alcohol and light fireworks throughout that month in order to mark the occassion.

Happy Independence Day my friends

Don't worry, you can party safely over the coming days...Her Majesty has instructed me to ensure the army remain in their barracks for the duration of your festivities

While celebrating Independence day, we shouldn't forget that just one day before 4th of July some clowns and clones of Chuck Norris decided to shoot down a civilian airliner to see a live fireworks in air. Perhaps it is a way to deliver freedom to people in other countries.

I just want Americans to know that we British aren't as ignorant to their culture as you think.

Happy 3rd of July.
