What are the two MEP mods?

Don't know if it will help solve your problem but at any rate I don't think you need both mods enabled. But I do wonder if the Sensors mod that goes with MEP conflicts somehow with whatever's in the GWX 16k mod.

It's worth a try, anyway.

I'm not aware of what the MEP consists of but if it's sensor-related it's a good bet that therein lies the problem.
