its just really bad lag. unless im on nav map i lag bad. i lag when im on the deck in the sub on extern cam its all the same. i need 640x820 or w/e resolution. thats what other games put it as. damit why didnt they make it lower. what idiots at freaking ubisoft.

EVERYWHERE my FPS is god dam 7-9. SEVEN TO NINE FPS. and all this at LOWEST SETTINGS

There is also a link on that thread, follow it, download the thing, install it in JSGME, and tell me if it does anything to improve your fps. If it does, as stated, I have a bigger fix I can send you.

Good to hear, I would still suggest trying the fix that I posted a link to, it might help you out even more.

You might find this advice contrary but you should actually try a higher resolution. A resolution of 640x820 is way to low and maybe working against you. I find many games have a sweet spot that is near the highest resolution that the monitor can handle. Setting it lower doesn't help. You might find you can turn back on some graphic setting without much impact.

Truth is though this game wasn't intended to run on low end graphic cards. I have been holding back on buying SH5 just for that reason.

Then you might wan't to buy a new video card. I also got fustrated with low fps and ended up updating my entire rig... Well, not just for sh5, and yes, now I'm poor, but now I can walk around my sub and look beautiful waves all maxed out without any kind of suttering or lagging...
