The only files I believe to be 100% (going by much feedback) are those on my FF account.

I can only repeat my suggestion you start afresh with those files.

A corrupt file can manifest itself in many ways if and when it has been installed....and that is presuming it will allow you to see the installation process through to its conclusion.

Hi,
If you prefer standalone mods over monsters, you must load Harbour_Traffic_1.47.
You can find it in the downloads section here.

Well isn't that just great news. After I spent all that time downloadig GWX from their site I hear it may be corrupted....

...just my luck.

Thank you my guardian angel for not letting me install it yet.....and thanks to Jimbuna for the heads up and the alternative link.

...to divingbluefrog for the direction to the harbor traffic mod. I can't tell you how many times I went through those files and overlooked it.
