Why do you enjoy Men of War better? If you care to elaborate

Hmmm ... I will try not to go on for half an hour. The only thing (slightly) better in CoH is the graphics, its more of a conventional rts with health bars on everything and just a matter of pounding the opponent to bits. (No offense intended)

In MoW the tanks and vehicles have armour values and the different ammo have penetration values according to angle, range, etc. Example: 4 Shermans cant take out a Tiger from long range, they will just run out of ammo (if they survive long enough). The only way for a Sherman to kill a Tiger is to flank it and hit the weaker side armour or the feeble rear armour, just like in real life. Also every part of a vehicle can be shot at and destroyed. Dont have a strong enough gun to penetrate a IS-3? Ok, knock the tracks of it and retreat, then flank the immobile monster and hit it in the side.Tanks and vehicles can also run out of ammo and fuel, so you have to resuplly with ammo trucks. You can also repair and steal abandoned enemy tanks, or pillage. I often take the 50 cal from US tanks and equip an infanteryman with it. Carnage.

Also, a single man with a bazooka can kill super heavy tanks with one shot, so the tanks need babysitting by infantery.

Stuff like this makes me enjoy the game, and sometimes its fun as hell to play multiplayer and just dig in. By that I mean constructing all sorts of defensive stuff like tank traps, sandbags, anti personell mines, anti tank mines, barbed wire. (Not in the spawn as some newcomers do, hehe) All the while fighting off initial attacks while construction is on right behind the front, and then pull back and let the enemy enjoy, hehe. Its just a great game if you like some more realism and more micromangement.

Ah, crap, it got long.

Order of War is a very different game, which I didn't like nearly as much as Men of War.

Men of War is on Steam for $3.74 now though, can't really go wrong with that...

EDIT: Just bought MoW, played it in the beta and loved it but hadn't got around to buying it until now.
