A typical contact report log entry (other than intel on convoys/task forces - which is already in 1.2) doesn't provide the coordinates.
Code:
[Log Entry 94] Type=0 EntryText=Aircraft spotted, sir! Bearing 223! Long range! Date=19420626 Time=1449 Categ=5 ![]() |

Ok, I've added an option to display downed aircraft and also animation support / interactive time slider that works with Google Earth.
Wish I had access to capaign wide data like in SH5. To get more data I'll be looking into replay info. But it's binary bleh. I'll see what I can do. |

Aergistal;
I've tried the timeslider in GE for one of my patrols. It works but the start and end time you are permitted to enter in Google has limitations. I still need to play with it as perhaps the timeframe for just one patrol is too short. One thing is for sure, after a 4 year career the timeline would be a neat way to give an overall view of all the "incidents" and where. |

GE just looks for the earliest and latest entries and uses the resulting interval. I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean by limitations. Eg: if you have only two kills a day apart the slider will be 2 days long.
As for career wide statistics you need to concatenate more patrol reports. Like export the patrol log before ending the patrol (aka before the data moves to careertrack.upc, date-time stamps get messed up and coordinates are encoded with Enigma ![]() Should I add an option to select multiple KMLs and build a big one out of them with all the kills? |
