I think you should both contact UBI tech support and see if they can help you.

I've not heard of this before and the lack of replies leads me to believe that no-one else has. Maybe tech support may have some new ideas.

On 15/06/2010 i ask UBISOFT tech support about my problem but they didnt have any notifications for me yet.I hope to give me an answer soon because i dont know what to do.
