You could run Memtest to see if your ram is ok

You might have a problem with ram - seems odd that the hardware test failed the memory.

If you've tried reinstalling then it sounds to me like you have a hardware problem, maybe this would be a good place to start

I dont have any problems with other games like Far Cry 2,Crysis,GTA IV.Iwill run memtest to see if my ram is ok.

I can't think of anything else it might be.

I really think you should contact UBI Tech support. Others here have said that they are really quite good (once you get hold of them) they may have more ideas as to what's causing your problems.
