IIRC the T-72, T-80 and T-90 can go underwater to a point as well.

EDIT: Well, probably the T-64 too, but I don't know for sure.

Why would you go underwater in the first place if you wanted to come out anyway?

The T-64 in front has the ammunition and chains, the second T-64 will follow. When the first T-64 breaks down, the second T-64 will take the ammunition and tow it.
