Make sure you copy your SH3 folder in My Documents to a safe place then copy it back into My Documents once you've reinstalled.

Good luck if it comes down to a reinstall - they're a major PITA.

But fortunately it kinda fixed itself..

I uninstalled all mods, enabled them one after another last night and that didn't fix it. Did it again today, just to make sure.. and... all is fine again..
