Again, thanks to all fellow kaleuns for their advices.
Does anybody know where to find a tutorial or a manual for Magui 3? I don't know how to use that scope wheel. Thanks in advance Fatih |

Yep, there's a rar file within the download called "documents for the tools of MaGui 3.rar".

You can also get a good feel for how to work the things with the vidio tutorials that OLC produced for his GUI. If I recal the two don't have much diferances between the two and any diferances are noted in the documentation provided with MaGui.

Yes....makman includes many documents for his mods. There are a few video tutorials for the attack wheel. Not too hard to use once you get the hang of it. The only piece of advice I would give if you use Magui (I believe he advises this) is to keep the weapons officer available for target ID. Other than that I have everything else turned off including the scope stable views...

I see that MaGUI has the Whiz Wheel on the Attack Scope similar to OLC Gold, but the markings and ranges are different. I can find the tutorials describing plotting techniques and use of the AOB wheel, but I don't see any tutorial that makes sense of the markings on MAGUIs whiz wheel.
Is it possible to obtain solutions using the whiz wheel alone (as was possible in OLC)? If so, can anyone direct me to a tutorial somewhere? Also, in spite of the documentation in the RAR file, I don't see anything with a simple introduction to all the buttons and keyboard shortcuts for the MaGUI interface. (For example, how do you change zoom in attack periscope mode?...This was eliminated in OLC) |
