I guess at this point I will wait for the patch(s). It's a beatiful boat and I like having it in my stable.
Thanks for the answers , guys. If anyone hears of a silver bullet , plz respond to this thread, I will check it periodically

Give us some details, what subs? what guns? things like that may help to figure it out. Are they missing from other subs or from other ships?

When I enable the Narwahal mod, all heavy deck artillery (3", 4" ,5") is missing in 3D from all fleet-type boats except Narwal herself . S-Class seems unaffected.
I just realized though;
If I am in command of Narwahl, it really doesn't matter whether the fleetboat guns show, and if I am in command of a sub besides Narwal, I can just disable the mod.
Might not be such a big problem as I first thought!

Just checking one, the Porpoise, to give an example of why the upgradepacks.upc creates a problem by changing the guns. In the case of the Porpoise it changes the "type" of gun that is acceptable.

Porpoise STOCK:

AcceptedTypes=USDeckGunBasic

Porpoise TMO 1.9

AcceptedTypes=USDeckGunBasicBow

So the accepted type to put into that slot does not agree, so that is why the guns do not show. The above lines are from the submarine.upc file but the gun is defined as "USDeckGunBasicBow" in either the UpgradesPack.upc or the Weapons.upc. (I forgot which)

I think that Ducimus stated someplace that if you are going to use some other boat you have to uninstall Narwhal first. This might be the reason at least in part. Can't find the thread right now, I think it was over at the forum. Found it Quote by Ducimus
"Yup. Works fine, just without the extra bells and whistles added by TMO. I loaded it up and ran over TMO. Dived, shot torpedo's , fired the deck gun, etc.

Just be advised, if you decide to not run the narwhal, disable the mod before you use any other boat, and all will be hunky dory.
