How to
Windows sound recorder program lets you load up a file and change the volumn.
Failing that, you can google search for 'sound editing' and find some free stuff to use. Since there are nine folders with voice files, all saying the same in different voices, you'd have to test each one to find the loud ones. I'd go for the earphones first.
