[REQ] Oil Skins

It's a great mod, but there are no sou'westers - well I haven't seen any yet anyway. Love to see them in the game

yeah I would love to see crew wearing full heavy rain gear like in sh3 hats and everything

thanks..... yeah I got the mod.... but in hard rain they shouldnt wear those hats I think. But yes....tis a great mod.
