Aww, I just mirrored the post from the official forums. You should thank the Ubisoft UK Forum Manager, ms-kleaneasy, for actually getting us the information GKane (the "Community Developer" for SH5) has consistently failed to get us.

No sense not playing till Tuesday though, there's lots of great things still happening with Silent Hunter 5 including v2.20 of DarkWraith's UI coming up, a pretty new campaign editor from SubV, new update to JSGME recently and reaper7's new high res UI having just come out!

Rise of flight is stealing my time (curse you new Dogfight mode!) but ill be back splitting my time after the patch

I'll cross my fingers right with ya Solo, and well actually I haven't touched SH5 for a couple weeks as I've been busy with other hobbies such my R/C flying. A shame to waste good weather stayin inside ya know?

Im as always quite hopeful and optimistic.

I have not played SH5 for 2 weeks. I am waiting to see what effect the Patch has on the game be fore reinstalling any Mods. I have deactivated all mods and deleted all saved games in preparation. However, I don't think the Devs have worked on Patch 1.2 in a long time, I think its release has been held up for 'legal reasons'. I do not expect huge improvements from Patch 1.2. I expect that a good Mod like The Dark Wraith's U.I. Mod is a bigger improvement to the game than this Patch. I don't think there will be another Patch after 1.2.

SH Ubisoft devs have never failed to release an officially announced patch that I know of.
