Carrier "Illustrious moored in Scapa Flow. neep help.

It"s 03/014/1940 i have entered scapa flow and the Carrier Illustrious is moored there i have but one chance for a salvo against her before i have to escape. Lots of desroyers and corvettes patrolling.
The water is 4 meters under keel in a submerged Sub very shallow. My quistion is what running dept do i set my torpedoes at ? Or what tactics do you use for this situation ?
