great list of mods you got already.
I won't give any advice which you "should" have, but tell you what I got additionally: WB's decks awash and fuel-economy WB's water-stream and exhaust torpedo damage final real depth-charge no continous "ship spotted" sh5 water for GWX MaGUI 3.2 I'm fine with them.
